I haven't been able to get on in days either.  I cleared my cache, tried the dreaded IE and nothing.  No PMBD, no MATY.  I can get to the booty directly, but not to either forum.

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1:60080.

I usually visit the booty everyday and Maty every other day. I am having no problems. I just opened up both sites. I'm going to Maty to look for a hack. I downloaded a few items from the booty last night. I know this doesn't really help you but I'm curious as to what the problem might be for you.

Can't reach MATY, PMBD or the booty either. It's been some... 3 or 4 days now. I could try through a proxy, but I'm too lazy, plus, I shouldn't have to. 

FTR - cleared the cache, flushed the dns, etc... no go.

eta: Paleo, 127.0.0.1 = localhost. o_O wtf?.. (I don't get any such messages, btw - just timeouts)

I can go through on a cached page, however I can't click any links. Anyone know what's causing it yet? (I'm assuming not 'cause no one's posted anything yet...) This sucks!

Okay this is going to sound dumb, but what is MATY? xD I'm new to the downloading CC, not to the sims though..

I'm in the same situation as Paleonath. Cleared cache, cookies, etc, flushed DNS. Can get to booty direct but not to either forum or to the hacks repository. I'm out of ideas on this one.

That's odd, as I can access all parts of MATY, PMBD and so forth. I asked a few others if they had issues, and they were able to access it as well.

...wonder what the hell is causing this oddness.

I've been on MATY and PMBD every day this week with no problems at all. I'm on them right now.

Well, since "127.0.0.1" is "localhost", something is VERY MESSED UP with your computer, if it's also trying to go to the completely wrong port.

Try using the craptastic browser from Microsoft. If that gives you a similar message then it looks like you might have a firewall blocking the site or possibly some sort of Net Nanny program doing it.

It could also be an add on that you installed in Firefox causing this.

Obviously you can get on the internet or you wouldn't have posted here about it.
