1. Will you be able to create your own neighborhoods?
2. Can free will be turned off?
3. Is it all, like, a story mode?
4. Will there be like downloads and meshes and hacks and stuff like that for it?

Thats all! Sorry if its to early to answer those questions...

Like I have a feeling you cant create custom neighbourhoods, I read somewhere that there is only like one neighourhood or something.

I also assume that free will cant be turned off cuz the whole neighbourhood is growing at once.

Story mode? like I have no idea.

Downloads of meshes etc is very likely. Even if you are told there is no way of doing it, someone somewhere will work on a way of customising it.

Delphy has already announced a Sims3 section to be added to MTS2, which will become MTS with sub-sections for adult, MTS2, MTS3, etc. I have a hunch that things not being available will be like waving a red flag in front of a bull with most creators. They do love a challenge. However, I believe that the entire neighborhood will indeed be interconnected and growing at the same time. The swap off may well be larger stories involving the entire neighborhood and, I think, for the first time your sims can go and visit each other without having to change families and then call and invite over, they can just go over just as they can now go downtown, or to community lots, or wherever.

If that means they've found some serious bugs, it is better to delay it than publish it with a lot of known problems, I think.

No they havent found serious bugs
Accually its because they want to publish it on Summer to make it a summer block buster.

Well if there gona do that they should at least work on it and make it better instead of leaving it in a warehouse till June.

1. Will you be able to create your own neighborhoods?
Nope. There's only one neighbourhood in the game, but it's apparently freakin' gimongous.
2. Can free will be turned off?
Yes. There's apparently a slider for free will, just like everything else, with three slots: high, low, and off.
3. Is it all, like, a story mode?
I have no idea what you mean, but if you mean less user control than 1 and 2, I don't think so. Just the Sims can act according to the Traits they've been assigned if you leave Free Will on.

4 has about six threads dedicated to it. And aren't there multiple threads already dedicated to ranting about the delay?
