I completely removed your image code. deviantArt is not a picture hosting service in the way we mean when we say "third party image hosting service". They host pictures for artists to show their work in personal galleries. A direct link to a picture from someone's gallery is still a hotlink. Third party image hosting sites have the massive amounts of bandwidth needed for hosting and sharing images. If you don't have an account set up with an image hosting site, googling "free image hosting" will get you a lot of choices, but the three most common to use are Photobucket, imageshack or tinypic
