content decoding failed

Someone please help. What the heck does it mean when you try downloading something and it comes up content decoding has failed.What do i need to fix this? If this is the wrong place to post I am sorry

what and where exactly did you try downloading? might be a site problem.

I was at charmed-sims.com I tried to download the book of shadows and mesh for the stand. I got a message that said content decoding has failed. The mesh from Ellisru I tried going to that link but I can't read that stuff. Can you help?

You are familiar with this site? Under Suggestions and Feedback there is the child board "Error Reports". Did you check it out?
