Pregnant teen, died of old age, HELP, please!!

I got a teen sim pregnant with an adult, thru the inteenminator I think it was, but before she gave birth she died of old age, while the 2 adults hadn't aged at all! Why??
I really hope someone can help me with whats wrong!
