Toothpick Request

Hello: My weeks of searching turned up nothing and I tried the WCIF with no luck. So here I am hoping someone would be willing to make one or perhaps two. I would like to request a toothpick for between the lips. One for the left side and one for the right side. Not sure how difficult this will be, I have seen some cigarette meshes out there but unfortunately I myself have no skill in that department and SimPE hates me 95% of the time. ^_^ So I am hoping that someone who has skills in the meshing department would be willing to make it. I found a few pictures, I looked for better ones but its surprisingly difficult to find pictures of people with a toothpick in their mouth.
