Graphic Problems, Pics Inside

Hi,

For some reason whenever I try to use certain hairs my graphics go all funny. It does this in Body Shop and in the actual game, making the hairstyles unusable because they flicker. I have tried formatting the computer, and downloading the latest drivers for my Nvidea 512mb GeForce7300 SE card. Its starting to get on my nerves because it is very hit and miss whether I can use downloaded hairstyles. ANyone know anything that may help?

One of the first things to try is to delete cache files, as outlined here:

Note that the game and Bodyshop will take longer to load than normal the first time they are used after doing this.
