Request: no complaining neigbours

I would like a mod that stops neighbours in an apartment building from complaining to my sims. It gets really irritating, since when a neighbour comes to the door to complain, my sim stops what he's doing to go hear the complaint, then I can't get anything done.

Oh! Sorry, I thought it might be obvious that I have Apartment Life as my latest, but, then again, Mansion and Garden Stuff counts as an EP, right?
