apartment help please

Hi; i can't change the zone in my game at the mo for some reason; so i was hoping someone could create an apartment for me based on this plan:



4 floors please; the first to be a community area. As can there please be a small pool and garden at the back.

I would like a modern lot please; on a smallish sized lot; nothing to big.

I have all eps and sps execpt family fun. Also i don't mind cc; just not huge amounts

Could i ask that you please remember to change the lot zone for me as thats the prob im having lol.
Also i forgot to mention i don't have mansion or celebration sp either; won't make to much differencr as i can use clean installer but just to let you know.
