Hi Guys!

This is my first upload to the insimenator. This house is on a 2x2 lot and is 40,385 sim dollars. It's a great family house.

It has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, both en-suite. It has no custom content, which was a very big challenge for me because, I LOVE CUSTOM CONTENT!!! lol.

It's a two story house. I really don't play the Sims to live there lives out. I really play it just to build the houses. All of my houses in pleasant view i built! I bulldozed EVERYTHING!!! So, I really hope that you enjoy.

OH YEAH!!! It requires Nightlife! That's it. I do have more on my computer, but I was on my sisters when I built this.

I take house requests! Don't be afraid to ask! Cheesy rolleyes cool
