Where can I find something to make my sims have more realistic hands?

Why do my sims have paddles for hands? Have they always been that way and I wasn't paying attention?

Thanks for any help. Hope I've posted this in the proper forum. And I have been searching off and on for serveral weeks and even Googled Sims Hands.

Have you tried improving the quality in the game settings?
I think that's something you could do. Tell me how it turns out.  tongue

This is more a game help question than a WCIF issue, so I'll move this thread.

If your sims have mitten hands, then it's a graphic issue. You either have your game settings too low, or your graphics card isn't strong enough. What are your computer specs? Always a good place to start. Smiley

Thanks, Caffeinated Joy, for putting this post where it can get the most help. I'm going to take some notes and try the suggestions of the good folks here.

PS. I wasn't sure if hands were something that had to be added like the feet thing from Bloom. I haven't tried that because I'm not sure what the benefit is or what demands it will place on my game.

No the hands are an in game detail handled by what your in game setting are at and/or your computer's graphic capabilities.  We can let you know which if you post your computer's specs, as I requested in my last post.

Actually running dxdiag from Start/Run would give the detailed system specs I think Joy is looking for.

I removed the image you attached Nonni. We only allow error reports to be attached in this section and require all other images to be share via third party image hosting (photobucket, etc), as per this sticky, which is near the top of this section.

As you may have noticed, we've disabled the attachment feature in many parts of the forum. We have kept it enabled in the Help sections because, from time to time, it's necessary for error logs to be attached to posts.

This is the ONLY reason you should be attaching anything to a post in this section. Images MAY not be attached under ANY circumstance. All images must be hosted via a 3rd party image hosting site (Photobucket, Imageshack, etc). If you use the attachment feature to upload images, you may find your attachment removed, your post locked or even deleted altogether.

Oh, darn it - I goofed again. Sorry, caffeinated.joy. Do you still want me to attach via Photobucket? I know how to do it.

Please, but as Anceinthighway mentioned, you can get detailed spec by running dxdiag. Smiley
