Hi Simmers,

I have really been on a roll this week with these houses. I just love building them. This house is kind of different from my other ones, but I hope that you still like it. It comes with no un-furnished, but it has lights and phones. It has a really big yard to, so you can expand it if your family expands.

The house is 33,425 real world: 330,425 I add a zero to my sim house prices, just to make it more realistic. Hopefully, by tomorrow afternoon, there will be a virtual tour available for it! Well, if I have time. I really hope that you like the house.

Now, Custom Content:

I make custom houses for the sims community, I also take requests! Don\'t be afraid to ask! Nothing to big or to small for me! And I promise, I don\'t bite!
