change a toddler mesh to child size

How do I change a toddler mesh so it will fit children? I've seen teen to adult and adult to teen, is it possible to fit the todller meshes to child size?

Its alot of work, really alot!!!
I scaled many meshes but just one to toddler size....(http://www.insimenator.org/index.php/topic,87536.0.html

Its much more easier to scale a adult or teen male to child size.(dont use females cos of the breasts)

Ah, I was afraid it would be difficult to do. There may be a similar mesh for the male adult or teen that I could use. Do you know offhand what scale reference to change teen to child?

also teen to child is not just one click, you select the whole mesh/select scale/set options to origin then scale
z arround 0.5
x arround 0415 for the hands
y arround 0.44

Then you got to scale the neck/chest/waist/hips individual bigger again
same with the legs and feet.
