When I try to start up the sims 2, before it even gets a chance to load, a box comes up and it says nothing but an 'X' on it. I have no clue what's going on...help?

ok, first - your disk is in the drive?

ok second, which games do you have in and have you installed any new EPs since you played last time?

Nvm! Problem solved! I found out some parts of the game were uninstalled. I just reinstalled it
