AL mod needed for more playable families

I need a mod to extend the number of playable families on an apartment lot beyond four to perhaps one or two dozen.....and increase family size also somewhat dramatically. I know TS3 is supposed to be coming relatively soon, but any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I definately second this mod; I am fed up with only being able to have four playable families in an apartment building. Now the only question is: Can it be done?

PS: My latest is AL, just in case.

No it isn't possible to have more than 4 playable families on an apartment lot, but you can have larger families though which is available for AL right here.

So....then you're saying it's most likely hard coded into the program??......or just not found?

Yes, the game is hard-coded to handle only 4 playable families on apartment lots no matter how large they are. Sorry but it had been looked into several times by various mod creators. Not even Pescado can do one to allow for more than 4 playable families on apartment lots.
