In 1 of my houses, there is a bowl on the table, but it can't be removed, even with the move objects on cheat.

I figured it might be something in C:\Documents and Settings\Gebruiker\Mijn documenten\EA Games\De Sims 2\Downloads however, if I remove everything in there, it's still not working.

Does anyone have an idea on how to remove it?

Thanks,
Josette

Two ways to try.

1) Move it to the floor first and then try the moveObjects on cheat to delete it from inside Buy Mode.

If that won't do it, then:

2) Use the cheat boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true

Then shift-click on the object and choose 'Force Error' and then choose Delete.

Afterwards, set cheat to boolprop testingCheatsEnabled false

The first thing didn't work, but the second did, so thank you very much.  Hugs

Hello,

I have a simular problem as before, that's why I decided not to create a new topic.
In 1 of my houses I have a rug on the floor that I won't removed, however, I can't select it, so moving it to a different floor or using the boolprop testingCheatsEnabled cheat won't work.

Does anyone has a different idea to remove the rug?

Thanks,
Josette

The first thing didn't work for me (I have the same bowl problem as Josette now. The first thing didn't work for me and when I try doing the second thing, the "Force Error" option only stays up for a second and disappears. I'm not even able to select it.

I can move it around. What now? Should I try the stuck object remover as well?

(I only have NL, Uni, and OFB)
