We saw Kickass, to my great shame. I'll stick with less juvenile themes and such.

I went to see The Last Exorcism with my sister on Sunday. What a disappointment. It only started getting interesting during the last 20 minutes.

You know it's bad when you find yourself falling asleep during a so-called horror movie.

I just watched : Dragonfly - featuring Kevin Costner

This movie was very heart-felt and touching. I give it 5 stars and highly recommend it.

I recently watched "Live and Let Die" with my father. It's this new thing we have where we watch a James Bond movie together. We're currently watching "The Man with the Golden Gun", and hoping to finish it this weekend.

Just finished watching Serenity for the second time.  Never watched Firefly, but a friend recommended it to me.  It was good.

I just finished watching Precious. All I have to say about that is this:

 Cry

I want to see this movie, really, really bad.  WCIF?  Can you rent it anywhere?  Or better, buy it?  I haven't seen it around.

I enjoyed Serenity (and Firefly). As for Precious, it was released in March, I believe. I rented a copy of it at Rogers Video. Smiley This is a movie I'll definitely want to buy myself, though.

Right now I'm trying very hard to watch The Number 23 (on the advice of a few friends of mine). What is it with these horror/thrillers that do nothing and go no where? They said if I enjoyed Davinci Code I'd enjoy this. Pssht. Guh. I'm hoping it gets better. Then again, what can I expect from Jim Carey? He should really stay away from anything that's not comedy.

Edit: Well, I'm left with nothing but a sense of disappointment. I really need to find something good to watch to break this lousy movie streak I'm on.

I loved Dragonfly. Going to look up: Remember me, Serenity and Firefly now as I'd love to see something good.

I liked "Nanny Mcfee Returns" a lot (although I didn't like the poo humorous bits) and my kids really loved it.

@Joy, if you don't mind subtitles "El Orfanato" is good thriller/horror type picture I don't think you'll be disappointed with.

Definitely gonna see Dragonfly Smiley

(saw the trailer for "Super Dragonfly" too, and it sounds really funny, seems like it's a comedy version of Spiderman Grin)

Spammer, probably...

Watched "Alice in Wonderland" (1999), plus "Big Trouble" (2002) on Monday. Big trouble is hilarious! We almost fell of our seats laughing  Grin

Watched "Avatar" Tuesday. And "Journey to the center of the Earth" yesterday.
Needed something to do while Buffy was loading...  Undecided
