Major BodySHop Issue!!!!

Now Everytime I try to open bodyshop...even before the bodyshop starts the loading screen it crashes.
Now I went through all the usual problems
I deleted that cgien and other file..whats it called....Still crashed
Removed my saved sims...Still crashed
Took out my entire downloads folder...Still Crashed!!!
Im using the latest EP.
I really dont know what to do now!!!!!!
So considering I have no saved sims and no custom content at all you think it would work but it doesnt!!!!
What else can i do??

Do I have to do a clean install.
So ANNOYING!

Was it work then stopped or never work? FYI can you list all of EP and SP most of the moderator that can help may need this Info from you. It would also be helpful to know if you base game is the base or deluxe or Double deluxe...some of them are tweaker than other from what I gather...

I came here to let you know that I got it working..
and it was nothing game related at all..
Pretty frustrating
I downloaded Ad-Aware and it was seriously slowing my pc like never before!! IT was very confusing.
Kept crashing before it even had a chance to open.
And I even had it closed fully when I was trying to open the bodyshop.
So I removed it from my pc and everything is fine now:)
But I do appreciate the reply.

I had a simular problem....but I did the repair trick.....

with ad-aware? yeah i already took it all off.. It was annoying me too much.

I hate ADWARE....If Iwanted those little blue pills I GO TO MY DOCTOR.......
