Do you know how to make a default replacement?

Well, personally, I hate the private school uniforms all together. I already have a default replacement installed for the teen private school uniforms, and they look great! Credit to the amazing alovingdiva of MTS2! I've found a few more uniforms I would like to have as default replacements for the children private school uniforms, but of course they're not a default replacement package thing. So, do any of you know how to go about installing a default replacement? All answers are appreciated!

Wow. Really? You would do that? That's great! I would love that! <3 But how would I go about editing it? o.o
When it comes to making recoloring things... I stick to other people's. lol
