 Inspiration for this came from a request I happily accepted. It is a very sleek, radiant lil black skirt for formal wear. With it, you will own the night ladies!

By Rosesims there are many meshes, but not number 61.

Looks like she might've yanked it, or at least part of it. Where 61 should be, there's only a 'Coming Soon' image. However the file itself, Roseclothes_0061.zip, is still there if you play with URL a bit.

Whether that's the mesh in question, I have no idea. I don't have TS2 installed anymore, so can't check.
