I came second in a poetry competition. It was for 15-17 year olds in the whole state that I live in and I came second! And I won $150.

Thanks guys.

On a sad note though, my friend died at about 2am AEST this morning..
We started talking about three years ago, met in the Harry Potter fandom and just started talking and never stopped.
She was the one who got me hooked onto Sims and then later onto Adam Lambert.
She was in the hospital for cancer or something and ended up in a coma after surgery and after another surgery and something else I'm not sure of, they proclaimed her brain dead and yeah...

I've officially moved into my new house/room/apartment (whatever to call it) and met most of my roommates (we're six), and as you see I've got my priorities in order, so the computer came up first (even before the bed *blushes*)...

School starts Wednesday, and from then on it's (at least) 3 years of nursing school.

Sounds like you have excellent priorities. I am so glad you have gotten settled in and am wishing you the best in your endeavors. I even feel a bit proud that you have moved on and moved up with your life goals.
