Probably either WinRAR x86 (32 bit) 3.90 beta 1 (at the top under Latest English WinRAR and RAR beta versions) or WinRAR x86 (32 bit) 3.80 (First one under English WinRAR and RAR release) depending whether you want a beta version or just the last official release.
