I found this hair in a few pictures and I have no idea where it came from. There is a sim I want to build that requires something like this actually.





Any Ideas?

I have checked XMsims, NewSea, Rose, Raonjena sims, and Dedital Sheep. Oh I have also checked Peggysims as well.
