REQUEST::A few Mexican things would be nice!!!

I was wondering if someone could possibly make Mariachi costumes, as well as a serape(that over the shoulder material) or a wearable sombrero(mexican hat)as well as traditional mexican dresses... I would be so very honored!!!!! I have this old west theme going on in my game..:-) I am also working on a Quincinera for one of my sim families but i cant find balloons that are single colored...preferably white, blue and or pink....? Help!!!!Pleasssseee
