Sims won't go to Community Lots

Every time i try to make my sims go to a community lot they won't go.
I've tried using cars and taxis but nothing.

has anyone else ever had this problem? Is it something I've downloaded?

i had the smae problem
what you need to do is remove some downloads that you dont need or use
or uninstall it and install it again
anyway the sims 3 comes out in 15 days

You have a mod/hack that is causing the problem. When was the last time you were able to go to a community lot? - pull out anything you downloaded from that date & try it again.
