http://healthnews.benabraham.com/html/plastic_containers_-_breast_ca.html

They have just had more breakthroughs in Breast Cancer research and plastic food containers have been linked to the cause of breast cancer. I just wanted to put this up so that everyone can see it. It's a little unnerving since so many foods and drinks come in plastic containers. I found these few tips on how to reduce the risks of plastic-related Breast Cancer.

-Use glass whenever possible (for drinks it's a little hard, but Arizona Teas, Coca Cola, Perrier, and Jarritos come in glass bottles if you go to the right store, just re-use the bottles if they have re-usable lids)
-Do not microwave plastic cups, bowls or tupperware
-If you do have plastic water bottles, do not let them sit in your car and get hot. If your water is hot when you return to your car, don't drink it. The heat, apparently, is what releases the hormones from the plastic most rapidly.
-Of course, go to your checks yearly.

Breast Cancer really sucks and it is a hard thing to battle, so hopefully this helps prevent it even a little.

Thank you Senko. Your care and concern is much appreciated on such a widespread disease such as breast cancer, I learned that there does not have to be a family history of the disease, anyone one could get it making the recommended check-ups all the more important, and to learn the proper self-examination technique.

Thank you for the tips also.
