tongue I didn't want to be first, but no one is posting here. Yep, been building lots for my pudding face sims, mainly cause I was playing an empty hood, wanted to start from scratch. Learning alot about building and what works in the game. You can find some at my Sim Page on the exchange, or at my Sims 3 Project folder at Box.net.  Some lots have Sims 3 Store items in it, so if you don't have them in your game, the objects will be replaced with something else.

Boxed Harmony:

Those are very nice houses. I especially liked how we can place driveways anywhere we want or however we want: front, side, back, diagonal or the likes.

Nice job!

I love that also Chaavik. Don't worry about leaving room in the garage since the sims don't get the cars there.  Wink

Just a little modern build across the street from the beach.

Thanks Nyane! Hi there!

Yeah, it's boxy, and I have hanging ceilings, but I love the view and the hurricane retention ponds. Hope EA fix the ceiling problem, but I am ignoring it now.

Have their own path to the beach. Man my sims are lucky.

Sunken Livingroom and Masterbedroom

I love this lot. Wish I could live here!
