They're a paysite. They charge a monthly fee to access and download most of their items. They do have a selection of free content, but most of it locked behind the members section. The quality of most of their creations is questionable, as well.

They're also shady little bastards and dramawhores, so I'd steer clear of 'em. Free is infinitely better.
