Can't register

This may not be the place but i have nowhere to turn. I live on downlodes but i can't install then whathout registering on the sims 3, which WILL NOT let me. What the hell i put in evey thing right. Dose anyone have ANY ideas for me PLEASE

Have you registered your self first before you tried to register the game?

It dose the same thing: I put in the info and cilck the sin up and it brings me back to the same page. I know i put it in right but it won't go thow.

so you've clicked on the Create An Account bit, put all your details in and it won't let you register?

What is the exact message it gives you after you click on sign up?

It gos back to the page , it dosen't say whats worng. i tryed evey thing, it's just f***ed up. (Moderation Note:  Please watch your language on this site.)

when it gos back ever thing is thedre expet the password and the human thing.

do you have the latest Adobe Flash Player and Shock Wave instaled. Most web sits use these and without them it might not work.

the Adobe Flash Player , i think. at frist that was driving me crazy, but i fally gave in ang downloded it. not sharg adout the other thing.

One other thing to be absolutely sure you did register or not:

Check your email account and see if you got a message from EA. They will send a message or a welcome email to the account you use for registering yourself and your game.

Let us know if you got that email or message.

thats the thing i got a VIP e-mail and other e-mails from them but when i try to register the game it brings me to the site aging. Also the VIP thing bosen't work eather.

the internet one,  i tryed the Installing Sims 3 Package Files that won't work eather. What the HELL i'm i doing worng? that on Mod The Sims. that the downlodes i wan't. dose that chaneg the way to downlode, because it don't work eather. also this may be where i go worng what in the hell is Program Files, and where is it?
nope, i found the program files did it all right and it did not work.
