WCIF tutorials to start neighborhoods from scratch?

I bookmarked some of them (jadeelliot's and plasticbox's to be specific) but now I cannot find them

I really wanna be able to start a customized hood, no townies, all my sims with the economic system from the mentioned tuts. Does anyone know where I can find them? S2C's forums have been merged with MTS2 and I don't know where the WCIF section is anymore

Jordi has a good tutorial in MATY's Peasantry section.  Easiest way to find it would be to sort on the original poster.
