Is there any game enhancers that you recommand to improve the enjoyment or game play for The Sim2?

This is more of WCIF question, so I'm moving this there. Now, if you could be more specific about what you want, then it would be easier. There are LOADS of mods out there for various 'game enhancements' and it all depends entirely on what exactly you want your game to do. What specifically are you looking to change about your game?

I have heard a lot about AR or ACR something like that and i would really like to know how you can make your own townies and adoption babies.

you'll find ACR at Simbology plus lots of other great mods too plus the Sim Blender and with that you can make townies and put kids up for adoption
