One Neighborhood?

This is quite possibly a very dumb question, but I'm confused.

Am I still in tutorial mode or is there only 1 neighborhood (Sunset Valley) available upon purchase of the game? Seems that this might be the case. If it is, can you edit the roads and such?

If I'm still in tutorial mode, which I might be because of all the popups, how do I get out of it?

..But you must download it from the official site, and only may you do so by registering your game.

True if you do register your game, BUT there is an alternative way to get Riverview if you're willing to forage into MATYland and brave the traps to find a wealth of information about getting your hands on Riverview.  

Try MATY and look into the TS3 section labeled Apocalypse Now!.

Can't really explain how you can get Riverview on this forum, but it's not hard to find what you're looking for in that section.

*mod note: url removed* actually has a couple of torrents available that have the set of 45 cc items and riverview neighborhood. as you can see piracy doesn't really concern me, lol
