Hi, I downloaded the Sims 3 off the net and mounted it onto a virtual device using daemon tools but when I try to run the game I get a message saying my video card isn't very good and should be able to run at least Shader 2. I recently reimaged my pc and i have trend micro security so no uneeded programs or viruses so should i just buy a new graphics card? my specs are below:

Windows XP Black Edition SP3
30gigs of free hard disk space
2gigs of RAM
Not sure what video card, obviously not good enough
SoundMAX Audio Controller

my computer is about 4 years old but still runs very well, that is until sims 3 came along.
