Braided hair, urban wear & bodybuilder clothes!

I would like to know where i can find this braided hairstyle i found on JayUrban's thread post here on insim..:

Also, does anyone know where to find hoodies for my male sims and any high quality bodybuilder outfits as they seem hard to find!
I have a preference to urban wear and ethnic hairstyles but as long as the things are of a high quality i don't really mind if they aren't.
