Fallout 3 Vault 101 Jumpsuit

I been working on making Vault 101 from Fallout 3, but my problem is that I don't have the vault 101 jumpsuit. I checked MTS2, Sims Wiki content section, and TSR but no such luck finding them. I'm hoping that someone could help me out by either converting it from Fallout 3 or making them from scratch.
