Fallout 3 Vault 101 Doors

I been working on making Vault 101 from Fallout 3, but my problem is that I don't have the blast door, or living quarters door. I checked MTS2, Sims Wiki content section, and TSR but no such luck find them. I'm hoping that someone could help me out by either converting them from Fallout 3 or making them from scratch.

The first image, the blast door, is too dark to see clearly what it is and what it looks like. Can you take another image with a brighter look so we can see what the blast door looked like?
