Here is the liftoff of Apollo 11 40 Years ago today, its a long video 9 minutes 55 seconds but take the time to watch it. The rocket that care the Astronuats to the moon was loudest sound every made but a machine only a Thermal Nuclear blast was louder. Saturn was so powerfull a rocket it register on Seismographs in California and Spain
  
The Apollo program brought most of what we take for granted. Information was shared on Darpa net the forerunner of the Internet just for one thing that effects all of us here.
