No, the site was created originally by a few other people a long time ago. They no longer are around on this site after the big fiasco last fall after the original owners sold us out to a greedy man whose name shall never be uttered again on this site. He in turn attempted to turn the site into a pay site by making plans to make us pay to be members and access the Sims 2 content and forums.

If it wasn't for a large number of supporters who helped us reclaim the site and retain the ideals and goals we upheld, Insimenator.org wouldn't be here. We will always be grateful to those who helped preserve the content and help us find a new home.

Most of us were the original IS staff from when the site was called Insimenator.net. Only a few folks from the original staff moved on to their own sites or join other forums where they found their homes and communities.

Insimenator.org is still being revamped over time. The recovery has been pretty slow but steady.
