Social worker only takes neglected babys not looked after ones?

Is there a mod or hack thats compatible with every ep and stuff pack that makes the social worker only take the neglected babies,kids toddlers and not everyone?

All children, toddlers, and infants, even if just one prompted the social worker visit.

There is a hack that prevents the social worker to visit. So none of the children will be taken.

are you neglecting one child on purpose so that one will be taken & you want the rest to remain?

You can also use simlogical's teleport hack - it will let you put up spesfic children for adoption.
