SimPE: Package into Sims2Pack

Well hello everyone!
I installed SimPE today and succesfully exported my first Sim to a .package-file.
To upload it or share it I have to transform it into a .Sims2pack-file, but I don't know how to do that. I can also see all the custom content in a sims2pack, which is necessary to share it.
I already tried to open it in Sims2pack-cleaninstaller, but cannot transform it into sims2-packfile there.
Help me please?

Go into BodyShop - clone the Sim 2 times -- clone the first one, then clone the clone (this way the skintones and clothing are assigned properly)
then Save to desktop (export)
Then you will be ready to share your sim =)
