Enjoying my spanking new laptop, playing games with the family & getting ready to ring in the new year.  Installing a 64-bit capable processor in my old faithful so my comp enters begins the new year with a bang too Smiley.

Well after reading that I'm a bit jealous...

I'm also watching the big Detroit Red Wings vs Toronto Maple Leafs game and being lazy because I won't have much longer to be lazy... Baby is due in just a few weeks!

Spending my day off taking care of my dear momma. She spent New Year's Eve with the flu, which completely and totally sucks. Worry is what I do best, and I'm doing it now. Poor Momma. Sad

Trying not to fall asleep.

Also, half-watching Harry Potter on TV (they always send those during Christmas, preferably on two or three channels, so there's at least one film every day).

Raven I can not thank you enough for making so many baby clothes into non-defaults!

I'm currently making a whole bunch of recolors of bandannas (although they still need to be slapped onto the mesh and put in game), waiting for my fiance to get off work to talk to him, and doing a little bit of research on the hereditary role of OCD- checking for myself, but might come in handy for something I'm working on.

I've got plans to do them now, while I've got time on my hands.

Anyway, making the most of the water day thing on farmville (yes, I may just be a little bit addicted  tongue )
Should be in bed (and I am), and I should be sleeping (I'm not, obviously). But I've only got 1 hour of battery time left, so perhaps it's about time.

Suddenly wondering if Farmville has an app so I can use it on my phone....  huh

Checking out the hair theraven is making for a request I made... Looking so good!  YAY

Talking to my fiance, who is only semi-conscious right now, even though its only 1 in the afternoon where he is hanging out in the barracks.

Being a closet perfectionist about Katie's hair request  tongue
And once again being up a bit too late.

And for some reason I want to watch LotR again. Been a while since the last time... One of the "behind-the-scenes" movies made me a little bit happy, weirdly enough.

I bought an extended collector's edition (not sure they called it that) when it was first offered years ago. Wow did Peter Jackson pack it with everything you could ever want in it. Four discs dedicated mainly to behind the scenes, including planning, history, fun stuff etc..  I find most stuff like that boring but not this one.

This is one production I wished I was a part of so I loved the time he put into this.  The other four discs had the extended movies, optional commentary and other things too. I don't this I'll ever see another movie(s) where the director plans for the dvd collection like this one.  If you can find a copy it's worth it.

Currently I'm beginning the long task of installing all of the Sims games on my computer, then my daughters', then my other computer..phew! I'm tired already Titter.

I only have them on VHS, which I can't even use anymore because the last videoplayer we had destroyed about half of what we put into it. So that particular collection would have been nice to have Smiley

Anyway, eating breakfast (at 3 pm, I'm weird like that tongue).

Closet perfectionist? Hahaha

I'm trying to get my phone to cool down since it's about 2,000 degrees... and also making more recolors of things that I already have too many recolors of and don't need... Smiley
