Funny how you find stuff you're not even looking for. I was trying to see if I could locate another wcif on here, and came across the sim wearing the hair you want. It's by Jirka at TSR http://www.thesimsresource.com/artists/Jirka/downloads/details/category/sims2-sims-female-adult/title/Aubrey%20ODay/id/761059/

Unfortunately it's not available at the booty and I haven't been able to locate it anywhere else non-subscription centered. This particular creation isn't free.

Wow, miss_nette! It is definitely the hair I was looking for...

Since it is pay, I think I will use one of the suggestion made by rwills, which are better because they can be used with any hairstyle.
