Thats a mouthful, i was looking for a mod that made the sims change back into there everyday clothes after whoohooing. I find it awkward that they walk around in there under roos.

Presumably you're talking about only when woo hoo is performed in bed.

Don't know of anything like that (or if it possible in such a global mod to differentiate between woo hoo locales), but if walking to a dresser or wardrobe to get dressed is too much effort, there is always the pile o' cloithes dresser, which can be placed on a bedroom endtable (or on a desk or on the floor or even on a shelf above the endtable, for example):

tunaisafish has some doors on MTS that can force a change of clothes after walking through it.  Inge may have something similar too.

well my problem is one of my Sims whoo hooed with an NPC and i had to turn on the testingCheats to fix it because i didnt want him scarring my children on the lot Cheesy

In a case such as that, you could always use the Insimeator's Wardrobe Adjustor, which allows you to change the clothing status of any Sim on the lot (or of every Sim on the lot):
