WCIF a mod for sensibly waiting a moment (to complete an action)?

In most of my homes or community lots I have two sets of stairs. Yet everyone seems to go for the same one, complain insanely, and then drop their current action and go wandering. Is there a mod like go to the next available staircase stupid?!

It's the same thing with computer use. Though I most often have more then one computer in the house, sims will come from all over and there'll be a traffic jam at one. I took out the no autonomous comp mod; I don't mind their using the comp--I just want them to be less idiotic about it.

A more important example: One of my businesses has a very popular floor but sims tend walk around while deciding--leaving the floor that displays the product they want and wandering the entire lot over and over till they decide to purchase. Then when they do they jam the line causing some sims to wander or leave the property. A "wait your turn-no quedrop" mod would be invaluable for any sales activity.

I thought there might already be a mod for this that I'm just not aware of so I put it in this thread. If there isn't one, could a moderator move this to the mod request section? Thanks a bunch.
