Ongoing problem with Shop items

When I try installing some shop items, mostly the new stuff, it tells me my software isnt up-to-date, its been doing this for a while now.

I just reinstalled Sims 3 so it would patch, its all up-to-date,

I looked around some for a answer, but doesnt seem like anyone else has this..

Any help or suggestions? Please?
