To interrupt this intermission of silence in this thread, I just want to say one thing: SPAM.

... I think I saw SPAM's older brother furthest back in my refridgerator today. It wasn't pretty, I can tell you that!

Also, never leave a half-eaten salad in the fridge for more than a couple of weeks or so. It's a bad, bad sight *shudders*

I'm bored. An hour of work left and I sped through everything I have to do. I keep wandering around the office to see if anyone needs anything taken off their desk and, nope, they don't.

Chair races, anyone?

Weeeeeeeeeeee! XD

Done with my assignment! And one day before the deadline, even  YAY (ok, so technically an hour past being the day before, but my brain insists it's still Thursday even if my calendar and clock says otherwise...)

Going for a weekend trip tomorrow, which means early up...

*Yawns, and goes to seek out bed*

Snow... I used to like the white stuff, but I was young and care free (and around 10 years old).

With freaky weather going on the past months, I'm even more tired of snow than I'd usually be at this time of year. On top of freaky weather, the snow can't seem to decide whether to stay or go. It snows, then rains, turns into sludge, then freezes, then when it's a bit icy and almost gone, it starts snowing again. And on we go... If there's anything worse than snow, it's sludge. If it's anything worse than sludge, it's ice.

That's what normally happens here. Snow, rain, sludge and frozen puddles in front of my house so big I could call it a skating rink and charge for usage.

It's been weird this year. No skating rinks. Yet.

It started to snow sometime in the start of December. It laid there for a while, and I thought that maybe we'd have a white Christmas for once. But no - the snow was mostly gone the 23rd. It returned a few days later, however. Then, on the 25th, we had a freak storm/hurricane that took the power several times.

I'm used to the combo of sludge/ice/snow/rain. That's pretty much a normal winter here (usually December/January to March). However, it's been more extreme lately - like snow and ice from October to April last year, and the storms this year.
