That and too many of us...OK, well...I (specifically) have been hurt too dang much in the past few months. With my luck someone would aim for Paden, miss, hit me and I'd have my second broken nose in as many months.

Besides...if you hit Paden with a brick, she might go unconscious and not be able to make cupcakes. Tempt her with catnip. That might prompt her to hurry up. You all can have them though. I'm not a big fan of cakes. Unless it's carrot cake. Or coffee cake. Mmmm...coffee cake...coffee.............

Oh, look at this awesome thing I found in the attic! A year's worth of coffee beans and a bundle of catnip, hidden under a floorboard! And... Oh, my! There's even a bottle of JD here! And... Hey! That looks familiar! My super-super-super-secret chocolate pile! Who stole and hid my chocolate???
