can a watch/bracelet be made to carry some of the abilities of the custom content to carry and use when on other lots.example is to be able to have casual sex/make a friend faster on a community lot , to be able to control jealousy reactions when visiting on other lots, woohoos would happen more easily,with a backpack we could be able to carry the guitar or easel to the parks and do so there. Just a thought

second - do you mean a bracelet/watch that the sim wears? With those options? I don't think that's possible, since most of what a sim wears like that would have to be accessories. And they don't come with options like that.

Better to just put items on your lots that do that.
