I've been killing myself looking for a 1987 - 1990 Ford Mustang 5.0 GT Nightlife car for a long time. Longer than I care to mention

but bordering on obsession. I've finally found some 3d models of the mustang so now I'd like to give making one a shot. Are there

any in depth tutorials on creating nightlife cars? I have done some meshing but they've been bodyshapes

http://www.modthesims.info/member.php?u=430401

I've never done objects.

Of course if anyone who has more experience making cars wants to contact me and ask for the models so they can make it

THAT WOULD BE REALLY COOL TOO! hint hint!

This is the Mustang I'm talking about. It was called the "FOXBODY"

It depends....
Most of the 3d models requiere alot of modding before they actual look good ingame(and work properly)
There are few tutorials arround but not one is 100% complete:

You find some info here:

Do you have the texture files with the 3d model?
It could save ya some work.

I noticed you requested this on several sites, this will actual scare creators off.......
I am not making a car with the possibility some one else is going to beat me to it.....

Had a attempt once to write a decent tutorial, i will upload it here:
Note that it is far from finished but it will get you started!

Thanks for the links Bloom.

As long as I've been messing with the Sims 2 I still make all kinds of mistakes in these forums. Too lazy to read the forum rules.

Thank you so much for your help. I'm going to give it a shot. I let you know how it turns out.
