I made it on the default first small lot size and it comes unfurnished. It has a pool, driveway, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and the kitchen has enough room for a small table and chairs. The upstairs has a deck for a telescope too. Also downstairs is a place for a piano on the carpet. The only CC included is a invisable driveway by Frillen:
